Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Pink Hat Travel, we understand that plans can change. Our flexible policy is designed to give you confidence when booking your next adventure.

🕒 Flexible Cancellation Schedule:

• Within 48 Hours: No cancellation fee*
• Up to 30 Days After Booking: Full refund minus deposit & processing fees
• 31-44 Days After Booking: 50% refund minus deposit & processing fees
• After 45 Days: Payments are non-refundable but eligible for future travel credit

📌 Important Notes:

• Trips booked less than 45 days before departure are non-refundable but may be credited.
• All discounts applied will be void upon cancellation.
• No refunds for no-shows, late cancelations, early checkouts, or unused services.
• Hotel cancellation fees apply per room reserved.
