Spinach Smoothie

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1-2 dates
  • Splash of no-sugar-added apple juice
  • Optional: vanilla protein shake

Mint Condition

  • Vanilla protein shake
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
  • Handful of ice
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs
  • Optional: 1 tbsp almond butter

Tropical Chia Fat-Burner

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • Ice cubes

Golden Glow Smoothie

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Ice cubes

Jetset Matcha Energy Shake

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • Ice & blend
  • Optional: sugar-free vanilla syrup or monk fruit

Berry Wellness Blend

  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Ice cubes

Sparkling Berry Lime Soda

  • 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp stevia or preferred sweetener
  • Top with sparkling water
