Cancellation Policy

At PHT, we understand that plans may change due to unexpected circumstances. To provide flexibility, we offer a cancellation policy for hotel, tours and resort stays, subject to the terms outlined below. Please note that this policy is subject to change, and specific cancellation terms may be indicated on your reservation at the time of booking.

Cancellation Fee Schedule:

• 48 Hours: No cancellation fee – this is an exclusive benefit for our guests! (Cancellations must be completed in writing before or on the date disclosed in your booking agreement.)
• Trips booked less than 45 days from departure are non-refundable but can be used as credit vouchers.
• 30 Days After Booking: Full refund, minus the deposit and processing fees. Days 31-44 50% refund minus the deposit and processing fees.
• After 45 days (subject to travel dates and disclosed at booking): Payments made are non-refundable but may be applied as partial/full future credit towards an eligible trip.

Important Notes:

• All Discounts or Specials applied will become invalid and added to the reservation before canceling.
• Rebooking or Transferring: Cancellation periods do not reset if you choose to rebook or transfer your trip.
• No Refunds: No refunds will be given for no-shows, failure to cancel by the deadline, rebooking or transfers, early checkouts, or unused nights.
• Hotel Cancellation Fees: Cancellation fees are assessed per room reserved.
