Cancellation Policy

 Cancellation Policy We know plans change. Sometimes, an emergency arises, and other times, you need a more convenient date than the one you originally chose. That's why PHT offers a flexible cancellation policy for hotel or resort stays, in most cases. The policy is subject to change and may be noted on the reservation.

Please note: Cancellation Fees displayed apply to each room reserved.

Cancellation Fee Schedule:

• 48 Hours– NO Cancellation Fee, Exclusive Benefit!
• Up to days 59 or 89, (depending on and subject to travel dates, disclosed at booking) payments made to date are refundable, minus the non-refundable deposit.
• 60 or 90 Days (depending on and subject to travel dates, disclosed at booking) before a trip - payments made are Non-Refundable, a future credit towards another trip.

PLEASE REMEMBER: No refunds will be given for no-shows, early checkouts or unused nights. Hotel Cancellation Fees are on a per room basis.
