 Pink Hat Travel Membership Cancellation Policy Please review the following details regarding membership cancellation: 

1. Cancellation Notice To cancel your membership, please submit a written request to our customer support team at least 15 days before your next billing cycle. Cancellations requested after this period will be processed for the next billing cycle. 

2. Active or Current Trip Payment Plan If you are currently on a payment plan for an active or upcoming trip,  cancellation of your membership will result in the forfeiture of any ongoing discounts, specials, and payment plans related to that trip. The full balance for the trip will be due immediately, and you will lose access to any previously applied membership discounts, booking deposit specials, or exclusive offers. 

3. 15-Day Auto Cancellation Past Payment Date If payment is not received within 15 days of the payment due date, your membership and any associated bookings or payment plans will be automatically canceled. This ensures that we can maintain accurate and up-to-date bookings for all members. 

4. Forfeited Discounts and Specials Upon membership cancellation, any outstanding discounts,  promotional specials, or membership-specific offers (including booking deposit specials) will be forfeited. These offers are only  valid for active members at the time of booking. 

5. Refunds Membership fees are non-refundable. However, you will continue to receive membership benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. 

6. Rejoining the Membership Should you decide to rejoin Pink Hat Travel in the future, please note that any previous special offers or discounted rates may no longer apply.
